By accessing or using TrueFlow AI LLC's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

3. Third-Party Integrations and Services

Facebook/Meta Marketing API Integration

Our Services include integration with Facebook's (Meta's) Marketing API to enable advertising campaign management. By connecting your Facebook account to our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You authorize us to access your Facebook ad accounts, campaigns, and related data on your behalf
• You are responsible for compliance with Facebook's Platform Terms, Business Tools Terms, and Advertising Policies
• You grant us permission to create, modify, and manage advertising campaigns through Facebook's API using your credentials
• You maintain full responsibility for the content, targeting, and compliance of advertisements created through our platform
• You will not use our integration to violate Facebook's policies or engage in prohibited advertising practices

Your Responsibilities

When using third-party integrations through our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable terms, policies, and guidelines of the third-party platform
• Ensure you have proper authorization to connect business accounts and manage advertising
• Monitor your campaigns and ensure compliance with advertising regulations
• Maintain valid payment methods with third-party platforms for advertising spend
• Review and approve all campaign settings before publication

Third-Party Platform Changes

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or features that may affect our Services. Third-party platforms may suspend or terminate access to their services at any time, which may impact functionality within our platform.

Disconnecting Third-Party Services

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through:

• Your account settings within our platform
• The third-party platform's app management settings (e.g., Facebook Settings → Business Integrations)

When you disconnect a third-party integration, we will cease accessing that platform's data and delete associated data within 30 days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Active campaigns or automation may stop immediately upon disconnection.

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam or unauthorized communications

6. SMS Communications and Consent

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TrueFlow AI LLC at the number provided. This includes:

• Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, account alerts)
• Service notifications and system updates
• Marketing and promotional messages (only with explicit consent)

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your service usage and account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for all charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us to unsubscribe
• Reply HELP: Text HELP for assistance or more information

After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to your number. You may continue to receive SMS messages briefly while we process your request.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers. If you have questions about your carrier's support or experience delivery issues, text HELP or contact us directly.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by TrueFlow AI LLC.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications from TrueFlow AI LLC. By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

SMS Consent Summary

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from TrueFlow AI LLC related to appointment reminders, account notifications, and marketing communications (if selected). Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TrueFlow AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with providing our Services.

8. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEFLOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueFlow AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
